Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the KajiCat iOS app and kajicat.com. By using KajiCat you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who can use KajiCat
KajiCat is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly serve users under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may use KajiCat with parental or guardian consent.
2. Your account
KajiCat creates a private anonymous account on first launch (see the Privacy Policy for the technical details). You are responsible for the songs, lyrics, and photos created from your device. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Me tab → Settings → Delete account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the words you type and the photos you upload. By using KajiCat you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process those inputs as needed to deliver the service to you, and to display any songs you mark as Published in the public Feed. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use KajiCat to create or publish content that: • infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights • harasses, threatens, or targets a person or group • contains hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or incitement to violence • impersonates a real person without their consent • is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the country where the content is hosted We reserve the right to remove violating content and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
5. AI-generated output
Lyrics, music, and cover art are produced by AI from your inputs. AI output can be unpredictable, occasionally inaccurate, and may unintentionally resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing each song before publishing or sharing it; the resemblance, fitness, or quality of the output is not warranted.
6. Service availability and changes
KajiCat is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upstream provider issues, or other reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the app or this website.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KajiCat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim (USD 0 for the free tier).
